Cidox+
Cidox+ uses the power of Chlorine Dioxide combined with a detergent to make a high level sporicidal cleaning and disinfecting solution that is more powerful than equivalent chlorine tablets or bleach, yet uses a maximum 20% of the chemicals used in chlorine tablets or bleach.
Provided as a safely packaged, single use tablet, Cidox+ is dropped into the required quantity of lukewarm water (max 300C) to make a powerful high level disinfectant cleaning solution that can be used in the most challenging applications.
Cidox+ solutions are kinder to surfaces than equivalent chlorine or peroxide disinfectants, whilst providing sporicidal, fungicidal, bactericidal and viricidal effectiveness when tested against the most challenging European Standards.
Cidox+ is a medical grade disinfectant, suitable for high level disinfection use in healthcare areas for preventing outbreaks and ward closures, including the clean down of hard surfaces, mattress covers and walls / floors.
Active Ingredient – Chlorine Dioxide
Chlorine Dioxide (ClO2) has unrivalled disinfecting power, with lower corrosion rates, greater selectivity to target biological contaminants, and significantly fewer environmental side effects compared to bleach and chlorine tablets.
It is a fast-acting, highly convenient, and more accurate alternative to liquid bleach and chlorine tablets, requiring a lower dose rate.
